crowns and bridges
Traditionally, crowns have been used to strengthen teeth that are heavily filled, weakened, or darkened due to root canal therapy. Thanks to new technology, porcelain crowns look and feel like your own teeth. The distinctive dark metal line of old-style crowns has been eliminated. Porcelain crowns are metal-free and so natural looking that they could be mistaken for real teeth.
A bridge can be used to fill the space where a tooth has fallen out or been removed: A replacement tooth (or teeth), being fixed to the natural teeth at either side of the gap.
