your first appointment
You will be greeted by one of our receptionists when you first arrive at the practice. There are some forms to complete which will be included in your welcome pack. If you wish we can fill them in with you whilst you have a drink and also take a tour of the practice.
Your dentist will greet you in the patient lounge, introduce themselves and invite you to discuss your specific dental needs and desired outcome.
Following a dental examination, which may include some x-rays, we will discuss a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your individual requirements. We will explain all options and costs so you are fully informed, and involve you in the decisions as to how best to proceed.
When you are happy with the proposed treatment, Elizabeth will arrange the required appointments with you and answer any further questions you may have about the practice. You will, of course, be provided with a written copy of your treatment plan and the associated fees.
