Endodontics (root canal treatment) is carried out on teeth where the nerve of the tooth has been damaged by decay or trauma. Endodontic treatment is a way of saving teeth which otherwise may have to be removed.
Dr Matt Smart has a particular interest in this specialist area of dentistry and is highly skilled in preserving teeth that may otherwise be lost. As well as providing care and treatment for our clients at PDC Dental, he is very happy to see patients on referral from other dental practices.
