Many people decide to switch to white fillings when older style amalgams need replacing due to wear and tear. Patient case
This patient disliked the appearance of these two upper teeth. The premolar (smaller) tooth had the metal filling replaced with a white (composite) filling and the larger filled molar tooth was treated with a porcelain (e-max) crown.
